Exercise was my meditation before I discovered a more formalized meditation. I decided to become plant-based in the summer of 2017 and during the first month of this new “diet” I started to see life differently. This diet became a life style. I yearned for more information about the universe, the Law of Attraction, and began a morning meditation practice.

As soon as I found Kundalini Yoga, I was sold. Immediately, I felt a physical relief and was in a blissful state (aside from thinking the mantra music was a little out there and “different” to say the least). It reminded me of when you take the most amazing exercise class and the endorphins are flooding your mind and body. Or when you drink a glass of wine and feel relaxed and fuzzy. This is the feeling Kundalini Yoga gave to me and I was hooked!

I began practicing each morning and I quickly realized I had so much more energy throughout my days. I experienced less tension headaches and less brain fog. During this time I also started to manifest things into my life like my dream home. All of this began from simply having a rich morning practice.

Having always been an anxious person, I felt much calmer and more in control of my thoughts. This enabled me to be more in control of how I experienced each day and each moment. It also helped me to act instead of react. I gained a heightened awareness of so much more.

A year after practicing, I decided I wanted to become trained to learn more about Kundalini Yoga. I wasn’t interested in teaching, I just wanted to “geek out” on all the information and understand the connection between the movements and our physical bodies.

After two weekends of teacher training, I saw visions of this community, Evolve. I felt a desire to share this with others and help them experience and tap into their higher selves.Practicing has helped me evolve on many levels and that is my intention for you.

In addition to Kundalini Yoga, four core components helped me get to this place; creating this online community for you.
